Smith's Water-Based "WB" Polyurethane is a high solids, dual component polyester/acrylic resin reacted with an aliphatic polyisocyanate. This UV light resistant sealer is recommended as a protective film for Smith's Color Floor, Color Wall and Color Accents. The high abrasion resistance associated with this sealer provides a water-based non- volatile coating suitable for commercial applications. It offers high performance standards such as resistance to chemicals and hot tire pickup. This sealer was formulated for extreme wear surfaces in residential and commercial installations. Smith's WB Polyurethane is below the VOC standard Specific Rule 1113 enforced by the Souh Coast AQMD.
